Recycling Line Forman

Individual will be responsible for the immediate supervision of the recycling line picking staff personnel

• The foreman will monitor the activity of each employee on the line to insure efficient flow of material and maximum picking performance
• The foreman will monitor the speed of the belt on the line to insure efficient flow of material and maximum picking performance
• The foreman will be thoroughly trained on all aspects of operation, repair and maintenance of the recycling line
• The foreman will minimize the down times of the conveyor belt and reassign staff to do clean up and maintenance jobs during prolonged downtimes periods
• The foreman will be responsible to train all new line laborers on the proper picking procedures
• The foreman will meet regularly with the plant manager to ensure goals and objective for plant output is achieved.

Base rate $15.00/hr.  Negotiable based on experience. Benefits include:  paid holidays, accrued vacation pay and health care coverage.
