Sales Manager - Inside

Devens Recycling is seeking a high energy, hands-on sales manager to develop and expand the Devens customer base in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills and excellent sales organizational skills. Qualified applicants must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be skilled at driving new business growth, as well as retaining existing businesses and supporting daily sales operations.

All candidates should have previous sales experience and a basic understanding of the waste industry. This position offers an excellent compensation package including a base salary plus commission. In addition, Devens Recycling offers our employees a comprehensive health insurance program, expense allowance and a brand new state of the art work facility.
