W. Kurt Macnamara
Principal and founder of Devens Recycling Center LLC.

Kurt Macnamara has been in the construction/demolition industry for over 25 years. He has extensive experience within all aspects of the demolition business and has managed many projects in the New England area. DRC is a direct result of his strong commitment and belief in taking recycling in Massachusetts to the next level so our environment will be "cleaner and safer" for our children and their children.

  
  Kurt is also the Principal and Owner of W.K. Macnamara Corp., has served on the Board of Directors for the National Demolition Association and was a committee member for several DEP recycling subcommittees. Kurt can be reached via email  
     
       
 

James M. Benson
Partner-Devens Recycling Center LLC.

James M. Benson currently serves as president and CEO of Clark Benson. Mr. Benson is former president and chief executive officer of John Hancock Life Insurance Company, a division of Manulife Financial. Additionally, Mr. Benson served on the Manulife Executive and Management Committees. He serves on several boards, including the University of Illinois Foundation and The American College Endowment Foundation.

 
  In addition, he is founder and chairman of World T.E.A.M. Sports, an organization dedicated to providing opportunities through sports activities for people with disabilities.  
       
       
 

Judith Cohen
Chief Financial Officer

Judy is responsible for the overall financial and operational aspects of Devens Recycling Center. Prior to the opening, Judy was involved in every aspect of the design, finance, sales and marketing and strategic planning for the facility. She has spent the past 13 years working side by side with the company's owner, Kurt Macnamara in the demolition industry running the administrative offices.

Bob Fico
Sales Manager

Bob joins us having several years of sales management experience, most recently as Regional Director of Sales with Bagster LLC, Boston, MA and previously as Regional Sales Manager for 2 separate start-up companies. Bob's committment to customer service and sales excellence make for a perfect fit as Devens Recycling Center works to bring our service to new heights.

Darlene Duval
Office Manager

Darlene is the first face that will greet you when you arrive at Devens Recycling Center. She is responsible for the administration of the office from customer invoicing to vendor maintenance.
